Project Coordinator (Full-Time)

Reports to: Project Manager

Position Purpose: Assist Project Managers by coordinating the day-to-day administrative activities of active construction projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess daily production sheets to verify accuracy
  • Review and compile construction plans
  • Assist in ordering and sourcing of materials
  • Track job wide production quantities
  • Occasional travel to jobsites for reviews and meetings
  • Other duties as assigned my Project Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Construction Management, or related area
  • Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check with minimal infractions
  • Willing and able to pass a physical examination
  • Willing and able to pass drug and alcohol screenings

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

  • Work is performed in an office setting as well as outdoors in a construction jobsite setting
  • Work includes occasional heavy lifting (typically up to 50-100 lbs.)
  • Exposure to noise, fumes and vibrations
